Email support@sparkit.world and tell us what happened, with the email address on your account. We read every message.

For privacy questions and requests about your data, write to privacy@sparkit.world.

In the app, open your profile (You or Profile, or Your account on a factory account), choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect at once.

Your profile details, your Noah conversation and your blocks are deleted. Messages and files you left on orders stay as the record of those orders, under “Former member”. If you can’t sign in, email support@sparkit.world from your account’s address and we will do it for you.

Signing in: enter your work email and type the 6-digit code we send you. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then request a new one.

Report a message: long-press it, or right-click it on a computer, and choose Report. It disappears for you and Sparkit reviews it.

Block someone: use the same menu and choose Block. You stop seeing their messages. To undo it, go to Blocked people in your profile.

Noah: Atelier’s AI assistant works only if you allow it. To turn it on or off, go to Noah in your profile.

Notifications: turn them on or off in your device’s settings for Atelier.
