Returns & Refunds

1. Overview

Not the perfect fit? No problem — returns are easy and hassle-free.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Items are returned in their original packaging where possible.

You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased at clearance.

Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel.

Gift cards.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@sparkit.world with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the return shipping address within 1–2 business days.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your return does not meet our eligibility conditions, we’ll contact you to arrange for the item to be sent back to you at your expense.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sparkit.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — including any shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

1. Check your bank account or card statement again.

2. Contact your credit card company or bank — refunds can take several business days to post.

3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@sparkit.world and we’ll investigate right away.
