Ordering and quantities

What's the minimum order?
Most brandwear starts from 50 pieces. Some categories go lower and full custom cut-and-sew starts higher, so tell us what you are making and we will confirm your minimum before you commit to anything.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full run?
Yes, and we recommend it. Every design is sampled physically before you approve production, so you see and feel the actual product rather than a render. Your approved sample becomes the benchmark the full run is measured against.
What can you actually make?
Apparel, outerwear, knitwear, headwear, bags and totes, drinkware, accessories, and the packaging around them: custom labels, hangtags, tissue, boxes and stickers. One logo, 100+ categories. If it can be worn or carried, we can usually make it.

Design and customisation

What decoration methods do you offer?

All of them, effectively.

Can you match our exact brand colour?
Yes. We Pantone match in custom production, so your colour is consistent across every product and every run.
Do we need our own designs, or can SparkIt create them?
Both. Upload your brand assets and specs, or describe what you want in Gabi Studio and get a finished design that our team then refines into a production ready file.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Designs created for your brand, including anything generated in Gabi Studio from your brief and your assets, belong to you. We do not resell them and we do not reuse them for another client. Your logo is never altered, recoloured or modified.

Production and delivery

How long does it take?
Brief to approved sample typically runs 30 days. Production after sample approval depends on quantity, category and decoration, and we confirm exact dates when your order is scoped. Those dates are committed in writing, not estimated.
Where are the products made, and can we choose?
We produce across 700+ partner factories and 300+ mills, including China, Portugal, Turkey, India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. These are the same facilities behind houses like Loro Piana, Celine and Balenciaga. If country of origin matters to you, for tariffs, for lead time or for the label, tell us and we will route your production accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 196 countries through our global fulfilment network. We ship express by default because most clients need everything fast.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
Yes. We quote landed, which means duties and import taxes are included and nothing is collected at your door. If a specific destination cannot be handled that way, we tell you before you pay rather than after it lands.

Payment and procurement

What are your payment terms?
Orders are paid in full before production begins. That is what keeps us direct to factory and keeps your pricing where it is. For larger or ongoing programmes we can structure staged payments, so raise it early and we will work with your finance team.
How do we get a price?
Send us the brief, or build it in the app. You get a Brandwear Board back: the products, the materials, the decoration and the pricing. Not a deck, not a vague estimate.

Trust and support

What happens if the final product isn't right?
Your approved sample is the benchmark. If production does not match it, we remake or resolve it at no cost to you. We have redone entire runs that varied from an approved sample, at our expense, because that is the standard.
How is our design and brand data handled?
Your designs, brand assets and order data are confidential. They are never shared or reused without your permission, and we sign NDAs on request.
