Why standard press studs aren't enough
A bodysuit's crotch snap holds under real tension every time the wearer sits, bends, or moves — nothing like the light closure duty a press stud handles on a cardigan or shirt placket. A snap rated below the threshold will click open under exactly the kind of movement a bodysuit sees constantly.

Apply 15N lateral force to each snap on the sample — it must not open. This is a five-minute test that catches the single most common bodysuit failure mode before it reaches 300 units of production.
