Larger, established brands have quality control teams and liability insurance built around exactly this kind of failure mode. Independent creators launching their first backpack often don't — which makes it more important to build this test into your own approval process. Ask for photographic or video proof of the load test on your specific strap construction, not a generic factory claim.
